This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on Surf Coach Manager, including payments processed by third parties such as Paddle. Its purpose is to establish clear rules regarding cancellations, returns, and refund requests.
1. Nature of the service
Surf Coach Manager markets digital services, platform access, account setup, information storage, and software features associated with plans for coaches, schools, or organizations.
2. General refunds
Unless applicable law requires otherwise or a specific commercial offer states otherwise, payments made for already-started periods are not automatically refundable.
3. Cases in which a refund may be considered
We may review refund requests when there is, for example:
- a duplicate charge;
- a clear error in the amount charged;
- a technical impossibility attributable to Surf Coach Manager that prevents use of the service within a reasonable time;
- a charge made after a cancellation confirmed in writing;
- another situation required by applicable law.
4. Deadline to request review
Refund review requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days following the charge and must include sufficient information for analysis.
5. How to request a refund
The request must be made through the website contact channels, indicating at least the buyer's name, the email used for purchase, the charge date, the amount, and the reason for the request.
6. Renewals and future cancellation
If a plan renews, cancellation will prevent future charges from the next applicable period, but it does not imply an automatic refund of amounts already paid for the current period, unless required by law or approved after review by Surf Coach Manager.
7. Method of refund
When a refund is granted, it will preferably be made through the original payment method or through the mechanism enabled by the payment processor used in the transaction.
8. Chargebacks and disputes
If the customer initiates a chargeback or dispute with their bank or payment processor, we may temporarily suspend access while the process is resolved and provide the relevant contractual and transactional records.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the product, payment methods, or applicable law. The current version will be the one published on this page.
