The software, design, trademarks, documentation, processes, and other Surf Coach Manager elements belong to Ingeniería Deportiva SpA or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Surf Coach Manager shall not be liable for indirect damages, incidental damages, lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions arising from use of the service, unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence under applicable law.
